OUR RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKERS
Our Residential Support Workers not only provide the essential day-to-day support that our children need, but also offer emotional stability and a safe environment where the children can learn, grow, and thrive. This role is a blend of care, education, and guidance, often tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.

This role is a challenging one, demanding both physical and emotional strength. We equip our staff with the skills and knowledge that enable them to work effectively with children who have experienced complex trauma or have special needs and train them to manage challenging situations.

Our Children and young people

Our children come to us due to a variety of circumstances, many of which have been marked by traumatic life events. They are in need of empathy, care, love, playfulness, and stability to help them thrive and transition to the next stage of their life journey.
